Our current shipping setup includes Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, and additional European Union destinations available during checkout or covered by our Merchant Center shipping settings.

Depending on the day and time of purchase, processing may take up to 0–1 business day before dispatch. Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next available business day.
Our estimated total delivery time is typically 0–6 business days, depending on the shipping destination, product type, carrier availability, and local logistics conditions.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to remote delivery zones, public holidays, weather conditions, customs or transport checks, and circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. The final shipping amount is displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
Shipping charges are shown in EUR (€). At this time, we do not apply a general free-shipping threshold unless a specific promotional offer is explicitly stated on the website.
If shipping costs vary because of product weight, multiple parcels, or destination area, the final amount shown at checkout will apply.
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Where tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details may be sent to the customer after dispatch.
