Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies by law only to private customers – defined as natural persons purchasing products for personal use and not for business activities – who have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. This right must be exercised by sending an email within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.
Process and Conditions
- Contact customer service at torettositedirection@gmail.com for detailed return instructions
- Full order value will be refunded, excluding return shipping costs
- Shipment must be trackable with shipping confirmation
- Delivery to our warehouse must be verified
Product Return Requirements
- Product and packaging must be in pristine condition
- Original seals must be intact
- All protections and accessories must be included
- Original packaging must be undamaged
- No signs of use should be present
Refund Process
- If return requirements are not met, the right of withdrawal will be void
- Products will be returned to sender at their expense
- For approved returns, refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the goods
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or direct account credit
Important Notes
- Returns must be authorized in advance
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Incomplete or damaged returns will not be accepted
