Simple returns, fair refunds

We want every purchase to be the right one. If something is not right, here is everything you need to know about returning an item and getting your money back.

EU Consumers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Our policy meets or exceeds this requirement.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests unless required by applicable law.

The return window applies to all orders shipped within the European Union.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Not listed as a non-returnable item on the product page (e.g. perishable goods, digital products, or items marked as final sale).

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

To start a return, follow these steps:

Contact us

Email or call our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Get approval

We will review your request and send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the item

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Confirmation

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

Do not ship items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may be refused.

If your return is approved:

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund method

The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Partial refunds

Items returned in a damaged or incomplete state may receive only a partial refund at our discretion.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional days depending on your financial institution.
