With reference to the European Regulation n ° 517/2014 of April 16th 2014, Art. 6 - point 3, regarding the Greenhouse Fluorinated Gases, asks to verify that the buyers of Fluorinated Gas are in possession of the relative certifications. Article 15 of the Presidential Decree confirms the obligation to register with the national electronic register of certified persons and companies (already provided for by the previous Presidential Decree 43/2012), for companies and persons carrying out installation, repair, maintenance and dismantling of equipment containing fluorinated gases and gas control and recovery.
