Torettomotorsport S.r.l. provides a 12-month warranty on all sold products. The warranty is subject to technical verification by our specialized team.

Warranty on cylinders is valid only if the shrink seal on the valve is intact. Products must be returned only after written authorization, properly packaged, and unused.
Torettomotorsport S.r.l. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by incorrect use or storage of refrigerant gases.
Always refer to the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each product. Use of refrigerants is recommended only for certified professionals in HVAC and refrigeration.
Product images may vary in shape and/or color, while maintaining compliance, features, and functions described.
Right of withdrawal applies only to private customers. Must be exercised by email within 10 business days from receipt: torettositedirection@gmail.com

- Products must be intact, with all seals and original packaging
- Failure to comply voids the right of withdrawal
Refund will be issued within 15 days via bank transfer or direct reimbursement.
Wrong purchases follow the same steps; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
