Warranty
Torettomotorsport S.r.l. provides a 12-month warranty on all sold products. The warranty is subject to technical verification by our specialized team, which will determine the nature of any defect.

Warranty on cylinders is valid only if the shrink seal on the valve is intact. All products must be returned only after written authorization from our company, properly packaged, and unused.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in automatic forfeiture of the warranty.
Safety and Precautions
Torettomotorsport S.r.l. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of its products, nor for incorrect or inappropriate use or storage in environments not compliant with the handling of refrigerant gases.

The use of refrigerant gases is regulated by specific laws and is recommended only for certified professionals in the HVAC and refrigeration industries.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal applies only to private customers (individuals purchasing for personal use, not related to business activities).
This right must be exercised by sending an email within 10 business days from the receipt of goods.

The return entitles the customer to a full refund of the order, excluding return shipping costs. The returned item must be trackable, and delivery to our warehouse must be confirmed.
Products and packaging must be intact, including all seals, protections, and accessories.
Original packaging must also be untouched and show no signs of use. Failure to meet these conditions will void the right of withdrawal, and the item(s) will be returned to the sender, with return shipping costs charged.
Upon successful return, Torettomotorsport S.r.l. will issue the refund within 15 days, via bank transfer or direct reimbursement.
Wrong Purchase
In case of an incorrect purchase, the customer may return the product(s) following the same steps outlined in the Right of Withdrawal section.
