What is the difference between R134a, R410A, and R32?

Can I buy refrigerant gas without an F-GAS certificate?
According to EU F-GAS regulations, some refrigerants (like R410A) require a valid F-GAS certification to purchase and use.
However, R134a in small formats (e.g. 900g) can often be purchased by private individuals.

Can I return a refrigerant cylinder?
Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unused, and in original condition.
For safety reasons, opened or partially used gas cylinders cannot be returned.
